Canoe Journey is a powerful reminder of the teachings, traditions, and connections that have been passed down through generations. We're proud to welcome our relatives to these ancestral shores with open hearts, honoring the responsibility our ancestors entrusted to us and the enduring connection between our people, our lands, and our waters.
From challenging waters at the start of the journey to a beautiful landing at Alki, it was a joy to share songs, stories, meals, and laughter with Canoe Families from across the region. Together, we celebrate the strength of the relationships that continue to grow through this tradition.
